A group of lettering sketches by Rick Griffin for The Cult, including three mixed media on tracing paper lettering sketches for The Cult's album cover artwork. The style of lettering is seen on the album Electric and on the singles issued from that album. Accompanied by the CD Rare Cult , on which this lettering also can be seen. Together with three sheets of preliminary sketches for the proposed single "Soldier Blue" from the Sonic Temple album that was never released. The sheets are mixed media on tracing paper.
