A poster printing plate and artist's proof of the finished uncut print for Grateful Dead flyers and business cards. The poster-sized plate printed eight flyers and 16 business cards. The image on the cards is the same as the 1971 self-titled album. The image is referred to as "Skull and Roses" or "Skull Fuck" image as the band had wanted that to be the name of this album. The Skull and Roses image became associated with the band after Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley adapted the Edmund Joseph Sullivan Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam illustration for a 1966 Family Dog concert poster (FD-26).
