The red polyester jersey features "Monroe" on the jersey nameplate in white tackle twill lettering over Monroe's uniform number "15" in white-on-blue tackle twill. The jersey, framed with a white-over-blue matting, is mounted inside the frame over a faux-parquet basketball floor. Cut out twice from the matting is Monroe's jersey number "15," with additional cut-outs for two Rams logos and a sign that reads "Earl "The Pearl" Monroe/ Winston-Salem State Rams."
