The back of the jersey features Jeter's number "2" in dark blue-on-white tackle twill numbering. Stitched into the right sleeve of the jersey is a 1998 World Series patch. Stitched into the lower left front tail of the jersey is a "Russell Athletic Diamond Collection" manufacturer's label also depicting the size of the jersey as "48." Also present are a "100% Nylon" flap tag and the "1998" year swatch.
