A boxing contract drawn up on February 28, 1974 between Madison Square Garden, Inc. , Top Rank, Inc., Muhammad Ali, and Jerry Quarry for a proposed 12 round fight between Ali and Quarry on May 13, 1974 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. This would have been the third meeting between the two as Ali had defeated Quarry on his return to the ring after his exile in November, 1970 and again in June, 1972.
