A pair of cornflower blue leather heels with decorative cutouts selected for Madonna in her Golden Globe-winning role as Eva Peron in Evita (Cinergi Pictures, 1996). The right shoe has a Palace Costume label, and both shoes are inscribed Madonna. Costume design by Penny Rose. The film was nominated for five Academy Awards and won one.
