A brown tweed skirt suit worn by Madonna in her Golden Globe-winning role as Eva Peron in Evita (Cinergi Pictures, 1996). The suit comprises a tailored jacket with black buttons with rosette centers and a skirt with a graduated hemline. The jacket has a Palace Costume label. The skirt has a Palace Costume label and "Madonna" label. Costume design by Penny Rose. The film was nominated for five Academy Awards and won one.
