A burnt sienna wool crepe skirt suit circa 1940s worn by Madonna in her Golden Globe-winning role as Eva Peron in Evita (Cinergi Pictures, 1996). The suit comprises a tailored jacket with diagonal front closure embellished with silk satin bows and a slender-fitting skirt. Both pieces have labels that read "Madonna." Costume design by Penny Rose. The film was nominated for five Academy Awards and won one. Accompanied by a copy of the film and a certificate of authenticity from the Prop Store of London.
