A printing plate and an uncut yellow printer's proof of flyers and business cards for The Grateful Dead. The plate, which printed eight flyers and 16 business cards, depicts an image referred to as "Skull and Roses" or "Skull Fuck," which is the same artwork as that used on the cover of the Dead's 1971 self-titled album. The image became associated with the band after Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley adapted the Edmund Joseph Sullivan Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam illustration for a 1966 Family Dog concert poster (FD-26).
