An ensemble designed by Carole McClellan, who designed many stage and publicity garments for Ann Wilson, worn by Wilson on the 1980 album cover of Heart Greatest Hits / Live . The ensemble comprises a pair of velvet and crepe trousers reworked from an Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche moon and stars garment and an ivory and black striped cropped jacket with a deep red silky lining.
