An Ibanez electric guitar signed on the black body in white pen by As I Lay Dying members Phil Sgrosso, Josh Gilbert, Nick Hipa, Tim Lambesis, and Jordan Mancino. The guitar is additionally inscribed "As I Lay Dying." Serial number GS100318886. As I Lay Dying was nominated for a GRAMMY Award in 2008 for their song "Nothing Left."
