A custom hand carved guitar created by DBZ Guitars, with an image of Ronnie James Dio, the Dio logo, and a banner that reads "Ronnie James Dio 1942-2010" carved onto the body. The mahogany body is additionally inscribed "In Loving Memory of Ronnie James Dio." Serial number F09090397. The guitar was donated by DBZ Guitars.
