Continental, probably French, late 19th/early 20th century. A palatial Louis XVI style gray painted three door cabinet or armoire having a shaped arched cornice centered with ribbon tied floral wreath over a conforming frieze decorated with applied guilloche and centered with an shaped panel inset with caning and carved ribbon over a shaped grille inset door and flanked to each side by a fluted panel and shaped arched paneled and grille inset doors, both heading with ribbon tied floral garland swag and opening to an adjustable shelved interior. The skirt decorated with vitruvian scrolls and patera blocks raised on short fluted toupie feet. Approximate height 115", width 80", depth 20.5".
