The guitar is signed on the cream pickguard by Eric Mansfield and Monica Robins from WKYC's TV3 in Cleveland, Ohio. Serial number 0810230908. Mansfield's recognition includes an Emmy for Outstanding Service Reporting and Outstanding Live Reporting, and he has been nominated for other Emmy Awards. Robins has received almost two dozen Emmy nominations and boasts several first place Excellence in Journalism awards from the Ohio Press Club and the Associated Press. She is also a member of the Broadcasters Hall of Fame. The guitar is accompanied by an Epiphone plaque that reads " 'Headlines' Eric Mansfield and Monica Robins - WKYC Cleveland Rocks."
