The poster features Jose Canseco, then of the Oakland A's, and Will Clark, then of the San Francisco Giants, posing with handfuls of Mother's Cookies baseball cards. Canseco and Clark have both signed the poster in blue marker. The poster is accompanied by a Rawlings Official American League baseball (Brown) signed by Canseco on the sweet spot in blue ink and a Rawlings Official National League baseball (Feeney) signed by Clark on the sweet spot in blue ink.
