" Sometimes called "the greatest sporting event of the 20th century," the "Rumble in the Jungle" took place at the 20th of May Stadium in Kinshasa, Zaire, on the night of October 30, 1974. The match pitted undefeated world Heavyweight champion George Foreman against former Heavyweight champion Muhammad Ali. Ali won by knockout in the eighth round.
