The guitar was signed at the 54th Annual GRAMMY® Awards ceremony held on February 12, 2012. Accompanied by two color images of Johnston and Love signing the guitar, a guitar strap, strings, wires, whammy bar, and a hardshell case. Proceeds from the sale of this lot will benefit MusiCares.
