A slender-fitting black velvet skirt designed by Ret Turner and owned by Cher. The skirt has decorative silver tone buckles embellished with rhinestones and a Ret Turner label. Turner designed many costumes for The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour (Blye-Bearde, 1971-1974).
