A group of seven sheets of typewritten notes and verses by Johnny Cash, signed on the top right of one of the sheets in black pen "by John Cash. " The verses reveal Cash's thoughts on the Vietnam war, cocktail parties, prison reform, and others. Together with three blank questionnaires titled "10 Questions with Johnny Cash" from Autograph Collector magazine, each signed by Cash, and a two-page typewritten essay titled "Ballad of a Teenage Queen," which has "John Cash" typed at the end.
