A red shirt worn by Dom DeLuise as Victor Prinzim in the blockbuster film The Cannonball Run (20th Century, 1981). The shirt is constructed of a red cotton material and was custom made for the actor by Machin, a Hollywood tailor. The initials DD are sewn in the collar. DeLuise wears this shirt in the scene when he and J.J. McClure (played by Burt Reynolds) are trying to decide what kind of vehicle to drive in the cross country race, ultimately choosing the ambulance. Costume design by Norman Sailing.
