The made-to-order outfit consists of a two-piece navy wool basket weave C&J suit, a blue striped dress shirt, a blue paisley handkerchief, a pair of navy socks and a grey Dobbs fedora. The shirt has an internal label that reads “Venice Custom Shirts Dec ’05.” Costume production hold tag reads “Marty Ch. 4 Night 8 1962 Sc. 39-40 Interior of Detroit Theatre and Blues Bar.” Glover wears this costume at the Blue Bleu Bar while speaking with James “Thunder” Early (played by Eddie Murphy) about his career when Curtis Taylor Jr. (played by Jamie Foxx) walks up to their table and introduces C.C.
