A printed Diane von Furstenberg wrap dress worn by Amy Adams as Sydney Prosser in American Hustle (Columbia, 2013). The vintage dress has a green twig print that is one of von Furstenberg’s most iconic print designs from the 1970s. Adams wears this dress in the back room of the dry cleaners of Irving (played by Christian Bale). The back room is where Irving stores the expensive designer clothing left behind by customers. Costume design by Michael Wilkinson. American Hustle was directed by David O. Russell, written by Eric Warren Singer, and also starred Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence.
