Agreement between Southern Music Publishing Company Limited and The Rolling Stones for the song "Stoned," signed by Brian Jones, Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, Charlie Watts, W Perks (Bill Wyman) and Ian Stewart, dated October 11, 1963. "Stoned" was released as a b-side to the band's cover of the Beatles song "I Wanna To Be Your Man." Writing credit was given to Nanker Phelge, the collective pseudonym for Chalie Watt, Mick Jagger, Brian Jones, Keith Richards and Bill Wyman.
