Metal saucepan lid with black handle signed on interior by John Lennon in black marker and Yoko Ono in blue marker, dated "1969" and "'69" respectively. Signed at a film screening at The New Cinema Club at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London. The screening of Lennon and Ono's "home" movies took place on September 10, 1969. On September 11, Lennon informed their new manager Allen Klein that he was quitting the band. Klein convinced Lennon to remain quiet about his departure while the band negotiated a new recording contract. Lennon demurred, which he later regretted. Diameter 5 inches.
