Black and white photograph that shows Bette Davis, Steve Allen, and Bette’s daughter, B. D. Hyman. Written on reverse, “Steve Allen Show 1961–1962” and “blue book 61–63.” Inscribed in black ink by Steve Allen “To Bette and B.D. With all good wishes Steve.” The photo was most likely taken in 1962 around the time of the release of What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?
