Gibson Guitar Sclupture, 10 foot tall, fiberglass. Gianna M. Di Bartolomeo is a true Miami native, being born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida. She recently earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts, magnum cum laude, from Florida International University with concentrations in Art and Art History. Gianna's works are interdisciplinary, varies from salient social and political issues to the whimsical exploration of language. Her artist journey incorporates her acumen for details and organizational display. She unites critical academic viewpoints with studio-based art seeking balance between hard data and elegance in an effort to blur the distinction that exists between ordinary life and art. She enjoys the rigorous work involved in repetition and process-oriented work and the multi-faceted challenges found in large-scale art. Such particulars for Gianna inspire and evoke a sense of freshness, beauty, and wonder. This guitar is a tribute to a long-standing tradition wherein numerous rock groups battle it out to be crowned "Best Band". The guitar symbolizes the competition and green army men represent the competing bands. Categories: Gibson Guitar
