Two design sketches signed “Edith Head. ” Both marked “The ‘Topaz’ Look” with costume annotations. "Topaz" (Universal, 1969) was based on the Leon Uris novel and directed by Alfred Hitchcock, with whom Head frequently worked. Color was used in the film as an attempt to move the story forward.
