Gold sequin covered costume, tag reads, “Barbara Matera Ltd. Miss Miller New York,” lined in red with a gold crown consisting of six rays accented with prong-set rhinestones. Barbara Matera was the costumer for over 100 Broadway productions including “Sugar Babies.” Accompanied by three photographs of Miller wearing this costume, including a color photograph with Lucille Ball.
