Laryngeal scope housed in a black case labeled, “Cavitron Burton,” used by Dr. Nick to examine Elvis’ chronically sore throat and tonsils before and after concerts. The scope allowed him to see Elvis’ vocal chords and determine if they were swollen. Dr. Nick reports that this item required additional schooling to learn how to use.
