A Robert Goulet owned hot dog, 14K yellow gold, 3 1/4 by 1 1/4 inches, 84 grams. Goulet and his friend visited his Aunt Alice when Goulet was a struggling actor. She had just baked an apple pie and asked if they wanted some of the pie. The group ate all of it. At the end of the visit, Aunt Alice reached in her pocket and gave Goulet a $10 bill. He tried to refuse, but she forced the money into his hand, saying, "I don’t think the apple pie was enough, so go and buy yourself a hot dog."
