Original, vintage blueprint titled “Fantasy Land Castle” that details the elevations of “Towers #1, 2, 7, 8” of Disneyland’s Sleeping Beauty Castle. Labeled “Disneyland Inc.,” this blueprint was executed by “WED Enterprises, Inc.” The key notes the date as “2-12-55.” These towers are located on the far western and eastern sides of the castle and include the castle’s plinth as well as the gateway tunnels to Frontierland and Tomorrowland. Plans note the elevation of the “West Exit” hallway leaving Fantasyland as well as the nearby doorway labeled “Castle Ent.” that would later be utilized as the entrance to the Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough attraction in 1957.
