Carved AA maple top, mahogany back and neck with rosewood fingerboard, and BurstBucker Pro pickups. 39 by 13 inches (of standard Les Paul Guitar) WILD THANG is a distant cousin of Planet Silicon, another B.B.Kemp exhibit that is a plasticized by-product created five years before the hi-tech bust. Planet Silicon proved that bits and bytes of computer crap can be blown apart, then rearranged and re-framed, using early Adobe to morph the digital photos. The results were strange new worlds turned inside out, melting and exuding color.
