A watercolor and pencil on paper sketch of the singer wearing an elaborate jacket, pegged pants, sparkly socks and loafers; a swatch of gold bugle-beaded adornment (the same type that went on his finished jacket) appears on the lower, right-side as does a 'Costume Designers Guild stamp and the artist's black ballpoint ink signature of "T. Shell."
