A navy wool tailcoat and camel wool riding breeches worn by Louis Jourdan in Madame Bovary (MGM, 1949). The coat has black velvet buttons, and the collar and cuffs are trimmed with black velvet. The breeches have a gold band that goes along the outside of the pant legs. The pants have an MGM label that reads "L. Jourdan 1441-576937-32 3/4," and the jacket has an MGM label that reads "Louis Jourdan 1441-5753." The coat and breeches are from separate scenes in the film.
