The cel features Thomas O'Malley, voiced by Phil Harris, and is stamped in the lower left corner with "Walt Disney Productions Certified Original Hand Painted Movie Film Cel" along with the hand-inscribed initials "DM." The cel is matted and framed. On the frame reverse is a certificate listed as "Disneyania Walt Disney Collectibles, Main Street, U.S.A.
