A red period costume worn by Edward Arnold in his role as Louis XIII in Cardinal Richelieu (20th Century, 1935). The ensemble comprises a velvet jacket and breeches. The jacket is heavily embellished with gold bullion crosshatching and floral motif. The breeches have gold bullion floral motif along the outside of the pant leg. There is also a full-length satin cape that is not original to the costume. No labels. Categories:
