Hofner violin shaped electric bass, spruce top, flamed maple back and sides, maple beech maple neck, rosewood fretboard, 22 frets, antique brown sun burst finish, inscribed by Paul McCartney on pickguard. Inscription reads: "L'Pool May 2000/Paul McCartney Rock On!" The Hofner Bass is part of the iconic image of Paul McCartney. He is seen with his Hofner on stage, in the studio, in the Beatles music videos and in photos. Paul got his first Hofner in 1961 and still uses one today. Categories: Paul McCartney
