Wooden cooking spoon signed by John Lennon and Yoko Ono and dated 1969. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity. The letter of authenticity comes from, as John Lennon called them, an Apple Scruff Girl, Lizzie Bravo. Apple Scruff girls would wait outside the Apple Offices. Bravo also did some back up singing for the band. On September 10, 1969as she was waiting outside she was asked to go get supplies by John and Yoko's assistant. The items she purchased were the type of items that John and Yoko would sign and hand out later that evening at The Institute of Contemporary Art and given to the audience to use as drums. The sample spoon was given as a thank you to Ms. Bravo. Categories: John Lennon
