Black and white photograph of Miles Davis at the 1957 Newport Jazz Festival taken by Roy Schatt, stamped on verso, accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from the Schatt Estate. By 1957 Davis had found his "voice" as a soloist, kicked a heroin addiction, created legendary recordings and just disbanded the first incarnation of the Miles Davis Quintet.
