Two page document, dated December 6, 1955 between Frank Sinatra and Capitol Records terminating Sinatra's tenure with Capitol. Initial on first page and signed by Sinatra on second page in blue ink. Frank Sinatra left Capitol and in 1958 began his own record label, Reprise Records.
