Starring All-Americans Warren Alfson and Forrest Behm, Nebraska fell to Stanford and its innovative T-formation offense, 21-13. But the Cornhuskers recovered and for the past 50 years have proven one of the elite college programs, with five national champions and more than 800 wins., overall very good to excellent condition.
