1941 University of Minnesota team signed football, JS-V, approximately 36 signatures, including Heisman Trophy winner halfback Bruce “Boo” Smith, who fought in WWI as a US Navy fighter pilot and played briefly for the Green Bay Packers and Los Angeles Rams; two-time All-American tackle Dick Wildung and College Hall of Fame Coach Bernie Bierman, overall excellent condition. A powerhouse in the first half of the 20th century, the Gophers won two consecutive national championships in 1940 and 1941, comprising most of an 18 game winning streak that stretched from 1939 to 1942.
