Letter dated January 17, 1936 from a 20 year old Frank Sinatra to the Motor vehicle department. Written on Frank Sinatra stationary. In the letter Sinatra explains why the request for his license in October 1935 was delayed due to touring with Major Bowes Amateur Troops and that he had not driven a car since Fall of 1934.
