A double-sided sheet written by Johnny Cash with lyrics to both "Delta Queen" and "The Preacher Said, 'Jesus Said,'" written on a lined sheet of white paper in blue and black ink. The front side, with the lyrics to "Delta Queen," is dated September 14, 1970. The song was a response to the news that the famed Delta Queen steam boat was being decommissioned at the time. Cash performed this song on his ABC program, The Johnny Cash Show, as a public plea for support to help save the legendary Mississippi River landmark. On the reverse, Cash has penned the lyrics to "Preacher Said, Jesus Said" in black felt-tip marker. "The Preacher Said, 'Jesus Said'" was featured on the 1971 album Man in Black.
