A Grammer Johnny Cash Model acoustic guitar, model number S50, serial number 1461, gray burst finish, with "Johnny Cash" engraved on headstock, rounded pickguard. The specifications of this guitar were based on the 1960s guitar Cash had had custom made by the Grammer Company, which Cash endorsed. Cash used this guitar extensively on his television program The Johnny Cash Show. Cash gave the guitat to Hank Ballard at the Grand Ol' Opry in 1971 who later sold the guitar. Richard Conti, eventually purchased the guitar and it is inscribed to him, "To Richard,/ Play It Pretty/ Johnny Cash." on the body of the guitar in black ink. Categories: Johnny Cash
