A primitive handgun prop made of hard plastic and painted to resemble wood, used by General Ursus, played by James Gregory, in Beneath the Planet of the Apes (Twentieth Century Fox, 1970). Over time, some of the paint has come off and the hammer is missing a piece, which exposes the armature wire inside. The weapon is marked #05 in grease pencil on the side.
