The jersey is the road version of the Dodgers jersey, with "Los Angeles" logo and Koufax's number "32" in red numbering on the front and blue numbering on the back. The jersey is signed and inscribed "Sandy Koufax/ CY 63, 65, 66" in blue marker. Koufax won each of his Cy Young awards by unanimous vote at a time when the award was given out for all of baseball and not one award for each league. Size 46.
