A pair of Reebok custom basketball shoes, game worn by Shaquille O'Neal during the 1997-98 NBA season while a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. O'Neal gave the shoes to New Jersey Nets forward/center Jack Haley during the season, and he in turn gave the shoes to his wife at the time, Stacey Haley. O'Neal signed and inscribed the shoes to Haley's two sons. The left shoe is inscribed "To Jack Jr/ 'Hi' " followed by O'Neal's signature and number "34" inscription. The right shoe is similarly signed but "To Jeff." Both shoes are additionally inscribed "KAZAAM" on the inside stripe of the shoe. The inscription references O'Neal's starring turn in the film Kazaam (Polygram Filmed Entertainment, 1996). Size 22. Accompanied by a notarized letter.
