A red leather J. Park Michael Jackson worn Beat-It jacket, with chain mail shoulder decoration and multiple zippered pockets. The jacket was given to the son of Ron Alexenburg after a performance in New York's Madison Square Garden in 1988. Alexenburg was the music executive responsible for signing the Jacksons to Epic Records. The label inside the jacket reads "J. Park Collection/Genuine Leather/40", with a handwritten inscription "M. Alexenburg" in black ink. The jacket is signed on the back in black felt tip pen, "To Ari/Love Michael Jackson/1988". This lot is accompanied by reproduction photograph of the event described above as well as a youthful photosgraph of Michael Jackson with Ron Alexenburg. Categories: Michael Jackson
