A two-page handwritten letter from Lillian Gish, written on stationery from The Commodore New York, accompanied by the original transmittal envelope postmarked November 25, 1919. The letter of advice begins, "Dear Little Girls, Whatever you do, do not leave your home expecting to go in the Motion Picture work.
